Dave is a great guy, keeps our stuff safe, however over the last year you can hardly get in touch with him, the phone just rings and rings and rings and returned voice-mail rarely happen, or it goes straight to voicemail,this is all during business hours just frustrating!!!!!!! Also can somebody please do something about the overwhelming disgusting smoke smell in the office? Some people are allergic to it and it's just simply inconsiderate, can't he smoke outside in consideration to others? Is that even allowed, isent it a professional place of business?
