Great place for storage, easy in, easy out. Outside door and climate control units. Off hwy 84 and Texas central pkwy. Cheaper units than U-haul
One of the worst managers for a company that I've ever came across! He told me that I was one of the worst ever! I've given the manager respect the whole time and he was respectful from the start towards me! I wouldn't recommend it.
As with many businesses, it is hard to differentiate yourself from your competition. John at the Hewitt location is difference. Great attitude and very helpful. Hard to make moving in and out of a storage unit a pleasant experience, but that is exactly what it was. Thank you!
My mother used this business for a medium size storage unit to store things until she fully moves into her new home. It was in a nice area and was well kept on the exterior, but upon going to retrieve some items from the unit we noticed what appeared to be rat urine and droppings on the wood funiture. Even with a sheet over the items there were some stains that aren't coming off. They should put more effort into pest control. There are small gaps atop each unit so if one person accidentally brought roaches or mice to their unit they would have no problem moving from unit to unit.
I have been a customer of Aaron's for quite some time. Carla is the greatest. I was recently involved in a pretty severe motorcycle accident and had to wait for my short term disability to kick in before I could make a payment. Carla was very understanding and assisted me in every way catching up my space rent. She is always friendly and is one of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with.
