I rented a storage on February 2019 and the storage facility looks clean, organized and safe. To my surprise on February 2021, I found a plastic yellow zip tie on the storage door instead of my locker; I cut the plastic lock and I did realize someone had break in and many personal items were stolen. When I call the manager to ask information about what had happened, he told me that he had put the zip tie on the door because he believed I had forgot to put the locker. Why they did not call me or sent me an email explain about that. He said they never had a problem before but it did not explain the others yellow zip ties and new door padlock latches I saw on the others door. I am really disappointed how they handle the situation, I moved out.
