Came here to rent a Uhaul. Customer service was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us out - which is very appreciated. I highly recommend this location for uhaul and storage needs.
Worked here for a year and loved every second of it! Sean goes above and beyond for every customer and tries to help everyone in need! Have to rate this facility 5 star in every way. We moved into a nearby apartment a year and a half ago and found Ritchie Rd. Storage to be very accommodating ,neasy accessible and well maintained. Can and will recommend them to many.
Sean rocks. Helpful. When things get complicated with logistics. He goes above and beyond.
Sean and Austin have been great! They have helped me with my storage and U-Haul needs. The climate controlled units are extremely clean and well lit. The best I have seen in this area.
