Unlike the SLC, Russel is never crowded, which is its biggest selling point. But it is dirty (your knees get really dirty just doing lunges on their mats) and they are missing some of the basic necessities like a leg extension machine.
We went to this gym to attend a Special Needs Superhero Dance hosted by Special Olympics. It was amazing. The college kids in attendance were so engaging with all the guests. I literally had a lump in my throat throughout the event. They offered free pizza and other treats and had the tables decorated with various superhero trinkets. We had an absolute blast and would most definitely attend again if the opportunity came back around.
