Kimberly Damm is the best. She really focuses on alignment and keeping you safe during your yoga journey. Love her practice techniques and cues, she is very encouraging.

I love the Studio! Especially Molly’s 5:45 AM class. She is knowledgable and her classes are well put together. Everyone has such a positive attitude and the environment is clean and inviting!
