Thank you for having a technician show up in a timely manor to make sure things were okay. Especially with the weather conditions we are currently facing. Information could have been a little bit more solid. Keep up the good work, much appreciated!

scheduled an appt for 9:00. set up time with plumber to meet out there at 8:30 so we would be there. atmos tech had already been there and left a note saying he had come and gone without turning gas on. I called immediately to have time rescheduled... plumber and GC waiting in the rain. they were NO help! save your time and money and use someone else.

Potential Gas Explosion Averted. Atmos Energy contracted a company to go house to house and find dangerous gas leaks. Russell works for this company and he found a gas leak in the crawl space of my home. (Thank you, Russell) Atmos came within minutes, Nick, a nice guy, too, cut off my gas. (Thank you, Nick) This happened on 1/21/2020. It is now a week since my gas has been off. Also, Thank you to Ryan, Cecilia, Markus, Laura, Mona and David.n(I am older, overweight, retired nurse, on a fixed income and no raving beauty, no way could I inspect the pipes in the crawl space.)nI bought my 1952 home on January 11, 2017, moved from Seattle to Waco in March. I hired a plumbing company to replace all water and (I thought) all gas lines. (company) Plumbing was hired, at the recommendation of my real estate agent. They have ignored me and will not address these many issues. I paid them $14,976.08.n(company) is unethical (I can explain more), negligent and put our whole neighborhood in a dangerous situation with a potential gas explosion and great loss of life.n(company) plumbing came to my home on 1/22/2020 and took photos, confirming their negligence. I have the photos.nI continue to have no gas, no heat and no hot water. YES, you have helped me! Today, 1/31/2020, Atmos Energy informed me, the failed gas line will be replaced tomorrow. Atmos Energy should change their Customer Experience. There are more efficient means of communicating than by LARGE windows of time and No Caller ID calls from field techs. At a minimum, The techs should be required to call and then call back a minute later. No one picks up unknown or no caller id calls. With e second call, the increase in pickup goes up substantially which will only increase customer satisfaction. In addition, I think the techs should call or an auto text should go out when the tech is 30 minutes in route. This will substantially increase the Customer Experience and since you guys have over 3 Million customers, its important to get that part correct.

Horrible company. Turned off our gas with no warning to our home the weekend a cold front hit in November because of an account issue. We now have to heat, hot water, or a way to use appliances. Two daughters under the age of 2 and our home is currently 52 degrees. Terrible customer service and incompetent management.
