Had the deep dish, but it was pretty underwhelming. It seems the crust is par baked and loaded up with toppings. This leaves the crust, that doesn't seem to have corn meal, well cooked, but sauce and everything else severely undercooked. The tomato sauce was chunky with runny liquid. This isn't what I know of the style... extremely sub par pizza for the price.
Normally Rosati's has great and fast service. However don't come here today, Sunday December 6th. Our group of 10 arrived at 11:45. It is now 1:10 P.m. and still waiting for our food order. Only one server on duty. He doesn't know what he's doing. Manager is lost and has no clue. It will be a VERY long time before I return. No tips today!!

I'm from Chi-rack aka southside this is the best Pizza in Texas. The Giardiniera it great try some and buy some. I'll be back.
I enjoy the food, it just usually takes a while to get our order.
