I love it that the parts that everyone else seems to have a tough time getting, or have an extremely high mark up I have typically a very easy time finding here at very reasonable price. Never thought to look at KOI until this year. Now I don’t imagine going anywhere else. Though some times they’re a little high, still... it’s worth it for their knowledge and speed of service.
Fair priced parts..
Went in to buy a pair of wipers and not only did they help me quickly, they put them on for me. Side note...While I was in there a man was buying something and just being grumpy about the whole thing. Staff maintained a professional relationship with the man the entire time.
Best part store in the Area! If they dont have it, they will find it. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Appreciate all the help!
I don't understand why they charge you for the core when you buy a battery after telling them that you wouldn't return a core. Otherwise the sales people were nice and they have about anything you wanted.
