Not sure what the issues on getting a oil change done here. This is the third time I’ve gotten a oil change and tire rotation since I’ve bought my truck from them. It has taken at least 2 hours with a appointment. This has happen with the last four vehicles we have bought from Kerry. So far without a appointment it been over 2 hours and the truck hasn’t been moved. Very pathetic since I have to get this done here or the warranty is voided. Being a loyal customers with Kerry this is starting to become ridiculous.

Takes care of the car quickly and for a good price. Tire sale buy 3, get 1 free runs almost all year at this location.

I had a travel emergency heading through town when I suddenly ended up with a VERY flat tire - they got me in first thing in the morning at 7am, went above and beyond by unhooking the trailer for me, replaced the flat with a new tire, and got me back on the road within 2 hours - and they only charged me $42!nnI thought I would have to wait a few hours for them to verify the tire was under warranty and to confirm they could replace it for free, but they told me they would fix it on goodwill, let me continue on my cross-country move, and call me if they needed anything! Highly recommend this place, everyone at the service center was extremely friendly and helpful!
