Just got a 2011 ram yesterday. Today I went for a drive and the transmission shift solenoid pack is bad. Had a blowout because each tire was a different size. Had to buy new lugs and ruined the rims because the dealership did not have the key for the lugs.

I would avoid this place. The man Jerry is a rude person who more or less said he wont deal with me because of the area I live. So unless you live in an area this dealer likes he wont deal with you. Money doesnt change based on the city you live in so this man is judging others based on a bad experience with another from my area. I wouldn't trust a man like that and none of you should either.

Don’t believe everything you read online and there’s always two sides to the story! Good salesmen and owners have been very nice and respectful towards me! Remember they’re used cars, not brand new, they fix them up and sell them for the price of a used car, not a bad deal at all!

If you want a reliable car DO NOT GET A CAR FROM GILES! Russell, the owner, is crooked to the core! The employees have zero customer service skills. They never return calls, and they admit Russell is unpredictable and just all about the money. She has a horrible reputation around town. Make sure you ask around before you buy from them.
