Excellent staff. Salesman Wayne Dysinger was a pleasure to work with, he has great customer service and made sure the purchase of my vehicle was a smooth and pleasant transition. I highly recommend JD Byrider to anyone seeking a good used car. They have an outstanding warranty program & easy down payments that's very affordable. Trust me you won't be disappointed.nn10 month update:nI have heard many bad reviews about them but still decided to give them a try. A week after purchasing the car, my radiator ran my car hot which they replaced free of charge. Which I appreciated. I haven't really had much trouble since except the harassing phone calls you get the day your car note is due. They will blow your phone up ALL day and even call family/friends as if you are late with your payments. They call this complimentary calls to remind you. That needs to stop. Trust the reviews people.

Just got to J d Byrider in the rain Melisa, Mike, Wayne and. Brian hooked me up and we are driving out of here in a vehicle. They are courteous, effective , efficient and professional in each and every way. Update: Experienced first hand that they will stand behind their amazing warranty, back on the road within 4 hours & only $25 out of my pocket. Service department kept me up to date on everything & very professional! Can’t say enough great things about this place & their staff, even staff not in the service department that helped me with this! Thank you Joseph & Amy & service department! ud83dudcafnnWayne & Joseph made my car buying experience so very easy & made sure I purchased the best car for my budget & needs...they actually cared & listened to what I was wanting...definitely will be referring them to anyone searching for a new vehicle!
