We purchased an electric wheelchair for my dad. Like the wheelchair but their service is horrible! Just need to get a few things repaired and we can’t seem to get anything done. Owner please feel free to reach out to me.

I will tell you these people seem kinda rude. I was wanting to come in today so i called to make sure if i made it there before they close would that be ok. they states we close at five. they should have said sure come on in something. you know for a item with that price tag. Customer service means everything. at least to me it does, even when the guy called from there main location he was rude.. cause i was originaly going to come. in Saturday. Well now i am on the hunt for another Provider. so here i go.. but yall should really work on your customer service skills.
