My family has used Joseph Cadillac collision repair service on multiple occasions. The shop is well qualified to do body repair. Our vehicles have always come out looking great! The staff are friendly and professional and followed Covid precautions well which was important to me during the pandemic. I will definitely use them again if necessary.

The Joseph Collision Center team was so helpful and truly kept me informed of when my car would be available for pick up after the major repairs that were needed. Once I picked up my car...you could not tell that I damaged my car! It was like I picked up a new car! They had the car detailed and looked great! I recommend this company and their current team to anyone and everyone who needs repairs on their cars! Great Customer Service as they were polite and explained everything in detail! Truly appreciate their kindness and ability to explain what I did not know or even understand..I would consider a different language to me.

Richard was amazing from the first time I showed up at the body shop! Since this was my first time going through the process he explained it to me in detail. The rest of the crew did a great job on my car and make it look like it did prior to the incident. WnCouldn’t say enough about the professionalism and the quality of work that Joseph Collision Center performed.
