I was in line for about 15 minutes before getting up to the order area and was told to go to the second window to place my order. I asked if they couldn't take my order right there and the man said I had to go to the second window. After waiting in line for about 30 minutes uses more, I got to the window. The lady asked me what I had ordered and I explained all of it to her. She said she would take my order but I would need to go to the 3rd window to wait for it. I pulled up to the 3rd window and sat for roughly 35 minutes more and after seeing no one that worked there or any food, I called their phone. Apparently I was forgotten about and had to repeat my order ... again. After about 15 to 20 minutes more, she came with food only it was an incorrect order and had to repeat it again and ask her for our drinks as well. Finally she brings the happy meal and again, the burger was incorrect but at least it was a burger instead of chicken nuggets but the drink was incorrect...kept it anyway at this point. The lady was very apologetic and said she was going to bring us some apple pics because of the trouble that they were going to throw them away anyways...again, she was very apologetic and obviously very frustrated. This will not stop me from going back. It was, after all, very busy and getting close to closing time.

The person I was talking to on the phone hung up really fast and didn’t let me finish my question. This restaurant need better people to work on customer service especially when it’s a important phone call!
