I’m Deaf, I wrote a note that is clear to read For Lg Mocha/Caramel Iced Coffee with Sweet cream. The cashier Over charged me Like if it was for two drink. I wrote on the paper to ask for the price information to see if they got my order right. They kept talking and I told him if they can print me a blank note for me to explain they probably got my order wrong. Another customer step in and paid for my drink. I tried to explain that the order was wrong. So I thank the customer for paying and went to pick up a drink and turn out I was right. It was TWO DRINKS, separate flavor. I wrote a note saying “I’m deaf, next time please read the note and be patient because I’m embarrassed trying to correct my order” They didn’t want to listen or try to write back to a deaf person. They ignore me. I was calm the whole time and embarrassed. When a deaf person Writes a order note, PLEASE READ IT CORRECTLY AND WRITE BACK TO COMMUNICATE IF NESSCARY.

I’m all for getting your people home safe if the weather is going to be bad. But it’s not supposed to snow until tomorrow morning and they closed the store at 3:30. That’s whatever. But I ordered online at 4:30 and PAID for my drinks only to show up and find a closed store. The employee at the store tells me I have to come back when they’re open to get a refund. I’m sorry but that is not legal. The owner should have made sure the app was not accepting orders before closing the store. That is stealing and they’re taking hundreds of dollars from customers. I get that my order was only $10 but the app stays open until 10:30. That’s 7 hours that this place is stealing from customers. That’s completely unacceptable.

I love Starbucks! The staff is friendly and so helpful. If you don't know what to get they're usually really good at helping you decide. I usually get a tall chai tea latte and it's so good!
