BEST workout! I was intimidated to attend - I am almost 50, out of shape and over weight. I immediately felt at ease thanks to the staff at CycleBar. The music and lights are so GREAT! I love getting my stats after my ride to see how many calories were burned, where i ranked in the class (not last!) and the play list. This is a well designed work out program.
Great place, great staff, and great atmosphere!!
