For both serious and casual athletes, it's definitely a must. Atmosphere is fantastic and is a big reason for my frequency there. I had no intentions of signing up when I stumbled upon it by accident but ended up signing up the same day I tried it. Highly recommended.

Extremely beneficial for athletes and anyone dealing with chronic pain in their bodies such as soreness or swelling in joints, muscles or ligaments. It helped my body to perform at peak level day in and day out regardless of how much I worked my body that day because it enhances the recovery of the body much faster than any other methods I have tried prior. Definitely worth a shot to just try it out and see if it is right for you which, trust me it will be.
