I have had an overall pleasant experience with this gym so far. Ms Cindy is super sweet and accommodating with our schedule/fees. My daughter is steadily improving in her advanced tumbling classes. Coach Aaron is awesome!!! He is very through with giving her tips on specific things to work on each week.
My daughter is working on her 3rd season here. She had taken tumbling classes in the past and learned more in 2 private lessons at HOT than years somewhere else. The coaches are amazing! My daughter has grown leaps and bounds at HOT with her tumbling, cheering and her overall self confidence. No this isn't a big gym but definitely one that will treat you like family and know and love your kids while teaching them the proper technique of tumbling.
We love this gym. Everyone is treated like family. The coaches are great. Aaron has really helped my daughter with her self esteem and pushing her(at her pace) to do what he knows she is capable of doing.
Cindy is such a sweet heart and loves what the does. The other staff is also great. My kids love going!!!
Took my daughter to this place to learn. The owner has been disrespectful and lies a lot. She is always running around not knowing what she is doing. Classes get canceled without notice. No one ever knows what’s going on they always pass the buck. Dirty facility and no ac. Kids are better off at any other gym. This gym should be shut down or at the very least fined and repaired!
