So I have been looking for a mini-van at a decent price with good mileage, I found that here at DIRECT AUTO SALES, I bought a van from these guys with low miles, I was heading home when the caliper locked up! Not only did direct auto come pick the car up, they fixed it at they’re cost! They replaced the caliper, bracket and the hoses at they’re expense! I am grateful that they actually cared enough to come get the car and fix it! I was having a bad day and they turned it completely around! Thank you direct auto sales! Will definitely be sending people to them!

I would give this guy zero star, for I have never seen customer care at its worst before my experience at JP Direct Auto Sales. Too bad for me that I have to give him at least one star, for Google won't submit my review otherwise. Unfortunately, there is too much pressure sale forced on you once you are inside, though it is all done in the name of being upfront and honesty. Trust me it is all a lame talk. I would definitely discourage potential used vehicles buyers to go buy their future car from this place if they still put some value on the thing called self-dignity. Being entitled to my opinion in reviewing their service on Google, I will not try to be courteous exactly the way the front desk gentlemen was not avowedly courteous himself either.
If your looking for a good used car this is a good place. Very fast and easy to deal with. I was looking for a car for my son, and after months of looking found a good one here.
