Michael Butts and Tommy at Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence made my first time car buying experience incredible! I walked right in and did a test drive of the car I wanted and they had everything together within a hour and a half. They were VERY friendly, fast, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend doing business with them!

This is the place to go. Left car town Kia in Lexington Kentucky hoping for a fair trade for a new Sorento. Was a 2 hour drive verses Lexington being only a hour away but so glad we made the trip. Communicated for few days with Ricky Hicks by phone him and his finance manager seemed to do all they could to make a deal we was happy and comfortable with. Not pushy like other car dealerships no high sales pressure just informative with what options they felt was best for us. Definitely give these folks a chance to earn your business.

I really enjoyed working with Brent in the sales department and everyone did what they needed to do to make this a quick and easy experience for me.nWas able to get to the dealer at 10:00 am and was out with my new car by 12:00pm. The time spent doing paperwork and information finding, did not take very long and the place was very comforting and appealing. I loved the snacks while we waited. I seems like they really did everything they could to make my experience work and be a great one. They also washed my new car and had it cleaned up - filled up with gas and ready to go. I really appreciate how Brent work to get me the best deal he could and how well he knew the system as to not waste my time and get everything movie so I could get my car without an issue. I would definitely recommend coming her to buy a new car - you should definitely ask for Brent to make sure every thing is taken care. --- Also, you would really be surprised how great a KIA car is....

I’d like to thank John McQueen and the rest of the Kia staff for the wonderful treatment and the 2 amazing cars we bought last week. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had. They treated us nicely made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.
