Marshall Motors Of Florence is easily accessible in Northern Kentucky from either Turfway Road or Donaldson Road exits on I-75. Located on Dixie Highway, the premier used car dealership has plenty to offer for all buyers. All cars are value based and any meticulous buyer can find a good buy for themselves at Marshall Motors. The sales staff, especially Don, are knowledgeable, courteous, and low pressure. A good deal ensues for even the most frugal of consumer. Easily seen from Dixie Highway. Kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended. Definitely a repeat.

I purchased my car at the florence Ky site. One of the workers seemed like they was helping in the beginning until I purchased the car. Before hand we discussed that there was absolutely no problem with the car (beaides the window not working which he obviously fixed for free). Days later off the lot it started having multiple problems from the car jumping and stuttering, to bad spark plugs and even a whole in the gas tank. GET AN EXPECTION ON YOUR ON BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF THE LOT WITH IT. After calling him back he told me they couldn't do, especially because it was bought as is. I would not recommend if not needed immediately. if you choose to purchase or lease a vehicle with them just make sure there's a second set of eyes looking at the maintenance of the vehicle. I'm wasting more money now paying for repairs ans new parts. Try all options before hand.

This car lot and all of the guys there are so friendly and helpful. They will work with you to help you get approved for a great car. They don't try to get over on you or take you for everything you got. Arron is especially awesome. He didn't make me feel pressured at all he actually helped put my mind at ease and made my whole experience simple and quick. They explained everything to me so I could understand and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. This was a great experience for me.

I feel they did a great job, not only with the customer service they provided but, also with patients when they held the car I picked for 4 days.It was quick and easy and painless for me, I was there no more than 2 hours from start to finish. I would recommend Donnie he helped me through the process with a smile on his face.
