This was my first time buying a car and Chris Bowen has helped me so much, it was a fast easy process! Thank you so much I’m happy with my purchase! A few years later my car had some troubles which was included under my service contract. I had to fight like hell with them to honor my contract but the issue was eventually resolved.

This ByRider is by far one of the best. My favorite people are in the service department. No matter what they always get me in with an appointment. They never have my car for long as far as servicing. The prices are reasonable. They inform me of what they do and when I need to come back in for other parts that will need to be checked and replaced. I couldnt ask for better customer service or the workers who take of care of my car. You guys are doing an amazing job and continue to do so. I highly recommend.

Where do I start. You definitely learn from your mistakes. First and foremost every vehicle is over priced around 80%. Then they make you sign up for there warranty program that add another percentage of the cost of their vehicle on top. So in a nut shell I personally will never be going back here. Just crazy how when you need a vehicle and your credit score is not at par, a company knows how to take advantage of individuals.

My daughter purchased a Jeep in May. It’s been in the shop several times. And none of the issues have been fixed. She’s has no heat her tires are bald, you put these kids in these 15,000 cars knowing that they’re not good cars. And you don’t even want to fix them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here for a car. It’s just money in their pockets. That’s all they care about. I would give 0 stars but wouldn’t allow me
