Paid for tire rotation with Wyler Care, I believe my tires was not rotated I am the kind of person that checks my tire pressure by checking on the dash, right before I pulled in to get my car service I checked my tire on front driver side was 32 back driver was 37 passenger side was 36 in front and 35 in back when I got my vehicle back I left and went 1/2 mile down the street checked my oil and tire pressure oil pressure has not be set back to 100% still on 17% where it was, also tire had the same pressure in the same position as I said above they could have not been rotated. I didn’t take a picture and it was their word against mine so I let it go, was called at home asking about my service told the lady that called me the same story she said she would talk to the manager that is as far as that went. I have 2 more Wyler Care and will be using them then that’s it. I will be making sure I have proof next time I am sorry do not trust them now.

Bobby was great to work with. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were considering. No pressure, just service. And I don't recall the name of the finance person we spoke with but he was great as well. All around just the kind of car buying experience I would hope for. Sadly not the same everywhere, but great for you!

Dave was a great sales person! The whole team is nice! There’s seriously no pressure and that’s why they stay busy! I went to check out an Encore and ended up buying an Envision. Dave was knowledgeable and answered my questions without trying to “sell me” on the details that didn’t matter to my needs. I’ve always had great service from the Jeff Wyler dealerships!

Every experience I have had with the dealership has been great. The service department does a great job of taking care of my 2016 Denali 350 pickup. I subscribe to Wylercare and find it to be an excellent value. Your staff is courteous and helpful. Who could ask for anything more??

Greg Austin and I have been working together for more than one year. He was the only business man to keep the follow up with me and me with him. Finally, GMC made a product that worked for our company and as quick as the truck went to the lot, we finally have the dump truck we need for the rest of our our lives as landscapers! Many, many thanks to Greg Austin for all his personal help and for the beer cozies in the loan package paperwork! We will be happy to refer your dealership!
