I bought a new Ram 2500 @ Zimmer. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle from a dealer. From the time Alicia greeted us outside to the moment I left the dealership there was no pressure to buy. Everyone we met at the dealership was pleasant. The owner of the dealership even picked me up from work when my truck was ready to pick up. Would definitely buy another vehicle here & recommend anyone to shop there! We just our second vehicle, a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Gabriel, our salesman, was great to work with & Tony in financing was very polite & efficient! Great dealership to buy from!

Zimmer is amazing! Since the pandemic was going strong I was able to see pretty clearly online everything I needed about the car. The salesman Cameron was great in telling me all I needed over the phone as I was working from home most of the day doing meetings. It was very fast and efficient and I couldn't want anything more from the experience. Highly suggest if you are looking for a new car to look at Zimmer first. They won't disappoint.

Had some minor warranty work needing completed. Did a great job getting me in and scheduled quickly. Communication with the service department and informing me of updates on my vehicle repair were sparse at best. They performed the warranty work wonderfully and mostly without issue. The paint work started as a poor job trying to just touch it up but they are in the process of making it right, also a warranty issue.

I recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee from This dealership. I was very happy with the service I received. The sales representative I worked with, Jeff Henderson, helped me figure out which Jeep was best for my needs & worked to deliver the exact model that I wanted. Through the whole process, including financing, I felt comfortable. I felt like things were handled in a very transparent manner and left the dealership feeling excited and happy with my new car purchase. I would highly recommend going to Zimmer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram if you are considering a new vehicle.

The sales team were great. They made our experience very pleasant. The detailing on the other hand was sub par. When we got home we found candy wrappers and water bottles still in the car. A few place could have used a good wipe down but that didn’t happen. Sales team yes - detail team no!
