Eric made this one of the wonderful shopping experiences of my entire life! So friendly and helpful. No pressure at all. And they went above and beyond to help me get out of my old car and into a new one. Amy in the service department is also fantastic. All around, I can't say enough positive thing about this team!
Absolutely horrible customer service. My 2015 Hyundai Sonata 2.4L motor is notoriously burning 1.2 quarts of oil every 1,000 miles. I tried having them do the oil consumption test but they refused to do it due to a very minor valve cover gasket leak. So I fixed the leak, brought it back in and was told that it wasn't cleaned off and they claimed it was still leaking (which it clearly wasn't) then I went home cleaned it all off and made it look brand new and once again, they refused to touch it! They knew that I needed a new motor so they made every excuse not to do the test. On top of that they all had horrible attitudes toward me.
Dave is great! Give Dave a raise please because that guy deserves it. He completely turned a bad Hyundai buying experience into a great one. I went to superior Hyundai south that morning and had a terrible experience. After I stopped by Kerry Hyundai Florence. Bought my new car. Dave is honest and I appreciate it. Thank you Dave!!!
William Linton was very helpful had all my paperwork setup showed me stuff on the car I didn’t know had me in and out the door with such efficiency and punctuality that I would recommend Kerry Hyundai to any and everybody I drove nothing but BMW and Audi, up until now.
