The entire staff at BMC Florence are outstanding. They are Polite Professional and Courteous. Their customer service should be the standard. The individual concern for their customers satisfaction is refreshing. Their cars are well maintained and you cannot beat their prices. Their Service Representative Matt did a phenomenal job and his professionalism is top notch. I would highly recommend using this local Automobile Rental Company over any Corporate Rental Business in the area.

I reserved a car by phone in less than two minutes. I picked up the car...added an extra day..and was off the lot in 10 minutes. The car was spotless. Ran like a dream. Gas mileage was amazing. I highly recommend BMC

Josh definitely knows how to take care of customers! Both times I’ve had to rent a car, he’s gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicles and did not have to wait long either. I would recommend BMC over Enterprise or Hertz any day!
