Kelly did a great job. Bought the vehicle sight unseen (just pictures) as I'm out of state but they had the exact vehicle I was looking for at a good price. It showed up at my house about 10 days later. Pretty smooth.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! My son just returned home from bootcamp and drove pass Luxury Imports. He saw his dream car and felt that he could afford it. 2015 Audi S4 50k miles 1 owner vehicle. Everything seemed great we purchased the vehicle and we were on our way. As soon as we got home my wife noticed a rotten smell coming from the exhaust. I brushed it off blaming it on the super charger. We have a HUM device installed in his vehicle that gives us mechanical alerts and keeps track of our son’s speed location etc… He loves this car and is always cleaning it and checking out under the hood. (1-2 weeks later) He noticed the coolant reservoir was empty he filled it up and let me know. I was immediately alarmed and we kept monitoring it over the next few days. The coolant kept disappearing with no visible leaks on the ground. (Week 3) I call Luxury Imports and let them know what was happening. They take the car to their so-called mechanic shop on 25 and add pressure to the coolant system. Like we already knew the coolant was going into the engine. The vehicle than went to superior imports for a second evaluation. Immediately this shop says we need a new engine!!! My son did not even put 300 miles on this vehicle since we had it! Kelly the owner immediately blames my son for racing the car and he had the audacity to tell me that “he knows my son more than I do” He blames my son for redlining the vehicle. This part is funny because the vehicle is an automatic. Bottom line this vehicle was sold to us with no coolant in the system it was covered up either at luxury or the company that sent it to the auction. Kelly says not my fault sorry about your luck see ya later. They do not stand behind their vehicles! Do not buy from this company!!!!!! We have since had the vehicle towed to AUDI to get another opinion and we are stuck with a car that needs a 22-thousand-dollar engine! They buy all there cars from the auction. Stay far away as you can! Matter of fact run from this place.****More lies in there reply, Please shop elsewhere do not get scammed like my seventeen year old son did. Just ask 10 friends about this place before you buy a car from them and they will tell you the same thing I am. I wish we did.

Me and my boyfriend were looking for an affordable car in time for our baby’s arrival and they had exactly what we were looking for. Unlike other dealerships, you won’t be hesitant or uncomfortable giving them your money. You will get your money’s worth. Rola was were very reasonable and honest with us from start to finish. She is awesome. DO NOT be intimidated by the word “luxury” in their company name because they have cars for everyone and prices that WILL fit your budget. When it comes to used car dealerships, they are definitely one that will always have our business.
