I haven’t bought a new car in 12 years. I test drove a 2021 Subaru Forester yesterday and drove home a new one today! The buying process at Joseph with Scott Philbrook went very smooth. He was up front, explained all the features and differences and was a pleasure to work with. The price was reasonable.

An outstanding experience with the team at Joseph Subaru! Rather than high pressure approach they calmed my (personal) chaos, talked my stress level down (repeatedly) & reassured me that they'd help ME (not just 'The Sale') every step of the way. I have no doubt these angels were sent by my husband, who, 3 weeks before he died said he'd like me to go get a new car. I owe them more than I can express; I truly couldn't have, wouldn't have found this with any other dealership.nI look forward to seeing them all when I go back for my new car's maintenance. Yes...nThey're THAT amazing!

Just bought my first brand new car in 25 years from Joseph Subaru. After researching online and test driving a car at another dealership, I went to JS , where Scott asked two questions and found the perfect car for me. Sheri, the Internet Manager, was so kind and helpful. All involved made the whole experience easy. Good people, good product!

Our experience at Joseph Subaru was very good. In the past we would dread looking for a new car but this was a pleasant experience. Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with him and would definitely recommend Joseph Subaru to other folks.

Joseph Subaru provided an outstanding, friendly, professional, and efficient car-buying experience for my new 2020 Forester. Shawn Snyder was our sales associate and sets the standard for integrity and professionalism. He guided us through the entire sales experience in less than one hour! So easy! And the process was free of the pressure tactics and dubious sales pitches for extended warranties, accessories, etc that I didn't want (in contrast to other dealers I have visited in the past). Shawn and the Joseph Subaru crew respected and honored my preferences, greatly respected my time, and made it one of the best car purchases in my lifetime.
