This is the only Starbucks in a 15 min area. They put their main focused into mobile orders and take at least 20 min to make in store orders with 2 baristas and 1 girl just standing their organizing. This is the only Starbucks around here and I am very disappointed, I try not to come here and go to other coffee shops because they are much better.

Ordered my boyfriend and I’s usual. Two white chocolate mochas with peppermint and four shots of espresso. I’m a lightweight when it comes to caffeine so I know how my drink should taste. Went there tonight because it was the only one open. I have a ton of schoolwork to get done so I wanted coffee with espresso but this place has gone downhill so badly. Absolutely no espresso in either drinks. And I put no chocolate curls for my boyfriend’s. And they had to take it off because they obviously didn’t read that it said “no”. There was no one in the store and it was still open for another hour. I don’t understand how you could mess the drinks up if you’re literally not busy. Won’t be coming back. Go to the Union one of you can. It’s much better. Will be returning to them.

Mobile order app said 8 min wait. Get there and they said it would be at least 30 more min. I understand busy but that long for one iced coffee? Decided to cancel the mobile order and they gave a refund gift card. Then went to a different location and the gift card was empty.
