Only had 10mins before boarding.. line out the door.... These ladies got every single person out within 2 mins. I was very impressed with their time management, their excellent customer service (with a smile) their accuracy on each person's order and very impressed with cleanliness as well. Fully recommend stopping here before your flight!
Was supposed to open at 6am I got out of line at 0615 to catch my flight and they still had not opened. The staff just ignored everyone
STARBUCKS CVG AIRPORT CONCOURSE A (930 AM, Saturday) - Slowest and unfriendliest service I have ever experienced. I always offer a smile when placing my order, but I barely got words or eye contact. Fine. But then I proceeded to have to wait 20 mins for my coffee (and it was a basic latte). Thank heavens I wasn't late for a flight or I would have had to leave after paying. They certainly didn't have any sense of urgency and none of the staff seemed to be happy to have a job or like each other for that matter.
Best coffee ever.
Starbucks is open. No line with fast friendly service.
