Its 12:48am, I just tried ordering 3 large vanilla shakes, got turned away. According to clerk they shutdown icecream early??? I called Independence they dont do that. You can call me Karen. Alexis is store manager,she's gonna get a taste of Karen:) In all actuality....if 1am is close time, that should go for all UDF services. B.S.
I shall avoid this UDF like the plague. I see others have complained about customer service and I will add to it!! Alexis, who works here acts as though it is a highschool and not a place of work. She was rude and snippy and then proceeded to talk about me infront of other customers so I could hear her. Great job UDF on the type of people you hire!
I love the milkshake .they are the best ..and the workers are very helpful
Extremely slow. Not sure if they are short staffed but they are slow even if there is a line. Don’t expect to get through in a hurry like if it’s a work break. They need to fix that And be more considerate. Bad customer service skills.
A very convenient place. Has alot of good options and great ice cream.
