Sarah got my drink fast for me today- and made it perfect may I add!
Horrible service. No sense of urgency. Waited at least a half hour in drive through. When I got to the window kids were dancing talking. Then I watched them start to make my drink after a few minutes. When leaving there was a line around the building. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the only complaint posed at this time.
Every time I go there they are so slow to wait on you. Today was the worst. Two girls working. One of them I'm not sure why she was there except to gossip with the other employee. She wasn't helping with anything. Don't know how long two of us in line waited to place our order. The one other person was filling an order while we waited and she kept stopping to talk gossip with the one doing nothing. I heard about someone who got fired and on and on. After I placed my order they started talking again and she stopped making my drink to talk while I was waiting. Very frustrating!
