I've been through this drive through 3-4 times before and had pretty good experiences, but today was incredibly disappointing. After waiting for two cars to order, it took over 20 minutes from the point I ordered to when I received my two drinks. When I got to the window and asked about the wait, they shrugged it off without much thought. Staff didn't seem to be concerned about it. Definitely going to think twice before I return. Make sure you have the time to spare.

Since I have traveled to Kentucky on a regular basis beginning in February, I have frequented this Starbucks. The service is always friendly and fast. I have been to others in the area but this Starbucks is by far the best in the area and I definitely recommend it.

Love this place. Normally I have no issues- and when there is one it gets fixed immediately with a kind attitude! Love coming here every morning, I look forward to it everyday! Some staff know my order by heart as well- such great people here.

The baristas are very friendly and accommodating. The location, however, is totally screwed up for the drive through. You have to drive through the neighboring business under construction to get in line.nLast time I did that I wound up with a flat tire.nnTook 30 minutes to get my order...pitiful.

I love this location - so much that I pass on the dirty Mall Rd location because they are just levels above in service and cleanliness. The drive-thru fellas are so personable and they have a sense of humor which makes every visit top-notch.
