Horrible.the employee wasn't making any shakes or malts she said she wasn't because she was the only one working..horribe management.this place needs some serious overlooking from at from UDFs actual owners.and fire the losers on staff now
Trash! Drive 5 mins to Burlington this place is dirty. Rude staff. Waste of money and time
Very friendly employees, I've been coming here since I was in highschool. I consider the employees like family to me, well respectful and mannered place. Down side is people hanging around and begging for things like cash and or rides just tell them no and go on your way. I will usually give cash when I feel like they are actually trying to survive, but it's the same group of guys that always ask money for beer and etc
Brought a family member to UDF from California after talking up there milkshakes and as soon as we walk in the worker complains saying “oh my god here comes people wanting ice cream” as she is rolling her eyes at us. Terrible experience thanks to Ashley. Very upset with the customer service we were given.
The employees are horrible not only did the girl complain about making a peanut butter malt she told us she was out and there was a full container next to her. Sad cause we have been going there for years and is always hit and miss.guess it my fault for keep going back but I think this is the last time. We will be going to dairy queen from now on.
