United Dairy Farmers

UDF has been a family favorite for years around our house. We often stop there more than once a day! Whether it's coffee or gas or even a terrific malt they can pretty much save you an extra stop at the grocery store. Their gas always seems competitive. The staff are always fast and friendly. A great quick stop! As Always, Enjoy!

They make the best shakes! And the employees are always so warm and welcoming !

Well when you go to a convenient store that is known for the ice cream and milk shakes and the employee on duty (Nov 29th at 1052pm 2020) is rude and says I have to much stuff to do so im not making milk shakes or anything, instead of politely saying unfortunately we are under staffed and we can not serve ice cream or shakes at this time. Yeah I think you either need a new job or more help, but being rude about it is not an option when you are in the customer service industry.

Cindy definitely has an attitude issue! She wasn’t meant to do anything in retail/sales. I’m in there a lot and I always try to smile, ask how she is and say please and thank you, but she just comes back with snide/insincere remarks. She loves to take her time getting behind the counter when customers come in the store. I’ve dealt with her for 3 years now and enough’s enough! I now choose Speedway over UDF if I know she’s working.I enjoy all the other employees that work at UDF, very kind and courteous! Cindy needs to work in the back office instead of dealing with customers.
