Terrible Service! Always takes forever to pickup prescriptions. No one ever answers the phone either.
Always have a good experience with the Pharmacy staff. They are all courteous and helpful with every family member’s prescriptions.
Since May, 2020, every prescription I have ordered has had some processing error. They have attempted to bill me $1200 for a prescription as if I had no insurance. They have sent refill requests to the wrong physician. I have been on hold for more than an hour to straighten out these and other problems. There is never an apology for these errors.
Have been trying to get prescription refilled for 3 weeks. They gave me a partial and said they had to order the rest. Have been told 4 times all ready the same thing. Had same problem with the Belton CVS. Think its time to change pharmacies.
worst pharmacy ever. they never check their messages from the doctors, they dont check the fax, if they do get the script they misfile it and wont even look for it. rude employees. might have 6 people in the pharmacy and only one of them waiting on customers that are 8 deep. its quicker to drive across town to ANY other pharmacy. I was dumb enough to try them 6 times...never again
