We have been working with this group for years and they are the BEST! After slow and poor quality big CPA firms, we moved to Ratcliff and are VERY happy...you can't go wrong using this firm!

Do not use this company. Period. This company had our small business tax info for 5-6 months and did absolutely nothing to assist in filling our taxes, helping us with QuickBooks, or filling personal taxes. Dozens of calls and emails went unanswered and when we did get a response it was vague and just a promise to do work in the future or say someone else does that not the person we were talking to. We have them months to make the situation right and they completely ignored us causing our small business financial loss from tax penalties and interest. Stay away!
