Several years ago I had the misfortune to be selected for completely random but extremely thorough IRS audit. I've always felt intimidated by my business finances and paralyzed by a fear of making mistakes, so being audited was my absolute worst nightmare. Even though Keith Maynard did not prepare the return in question, he walked me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. He was quick and thorough in responding to all my questions and did an amazing job communicating with the IRS on my behalf. He made a very unpleasant and stressful experience as smooth and easy as it could possibly be.nnFrom this point forward we will be using Keith for our business tax preparation needs. I love that he caters to small, local businesses. Some of the other accounting firms in town have lost touch with what it's like to build a business from scratch while raising a family and striving to contribute to the local community. As the owner of a Mom and Pop business I feel really good about aligning myself with Keith because I know he shares my values and priorities and understands my needs. He is amazing at his job which frees me up to be better at mine.

Keith has helped make taxes a lot more enjoyable. I don't have to worry about keeping up with my books or how much to save, he has set clear expectation so I can focus on what I do best, which is not taxes. Thankful for his passion and heart to serve others.

We have been working with Keith for several years now. We have been very pleased with the service we have received. My wife and I have made several transitions with way we earn income- employee/independent contractor/small business. Keith has made the process for each transition very easy. He is very quick to respond when I have questions and does a great job with follow-up. I highly recommend him and his team.

I have been working with Keith Maynard for almost 8 years now. He has always been at the top of his field with his knowledge, and customer service. So it was a no brainer deciding to move with him to his own CPA firm. And Im very glad I did. Not only has Keith been there for my company but so has his team. A shout out goes to his colleague Scott Layton. Scott came to the office and for 8 hours worked with my team on Quickbooks. This alone will not only save us time in the future but also money.
