This is the BEST car buying experience I have ever had and I am an experienced shopper. Hunter was friendly, courteous, helpful, and transparent. He was able to help me take care of most of the process from home so I didn't have to spend hours at the dealership. He was waiting for me outside when I arrived and had my car ready for the test drive. I bought a Forrester that is was in excellent condition. Hunter took my credit application by phone and Brian in finance structured the perfect deal for me. Emily the internet sales manager kept in touch throughout the process to make sure things were going well for me. I could not be happier about the process or be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend car shopping here.

Had an awesome experience getting my new Forrester at Douglass Subaru! Joey was very helpful and made getting a new car easy and stress free. I am fully enjoying my new ride! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great car with great service.

I hate buying cars. But this was fun, believe it or not! My sales rep Samantha was very helpful, plus her enthusiasm was infectious. The new location is very nice, as well. Highly recommend.

Drove from Dallas to Waco!! They gave me the price up front and were very transparent. The price they quoted me was what I paid. No gimmicks here. I have bought several cars from different dealers and they are honestly one of the best I have worked with. That is the reason I drove down there. Emily (Internet Sale Manager) was very easy to work with. Joey (Sales Person) was awesome. They were so great that my sister even ended up buying a car the same day and she was just going to browse. Ask for Joey when you go. You won't be disappointed!

I absolutely love my new Subaru Ascent. Brent, at Douglass Subaru, is the most amazing person. He is kind and very knowledgeable about all the cars there. I have always had a great experience there. This is my second car with Brent and Douglass Subaru. They are an amazing team over there and the best service. I will continue buying cars from there.
