Very nice place. Well organized and quiet! The facilities were all clean and well maintained. Reservations only and they made it so easy to check in by texting you before you arrive to let you know where your spot is so you don't have to stop and check in. We will stay here again if we are ever in Waco.
It's a great location and cool views. Pretty much all of the campground is long term RVers but the 2 sites at the end. I recommend avoiding site 29 at all costs. Your door opens on to the gravel turn around. It was so dirty and muddy that we left after 1 night. There is no actual dedicated space in front of the site. There should be a warning prior to booking this one.nnThere is a lot of expansion work going on so hopefully this campground will only get better. Again, avoid site 29 if you have kids or pets. Its not at all practical for either.
We really like this RV Resort. We now call it home. We even got married here several years ago.
It will get better but good enough for what we needed
Sad that the only site that was available, due to full time guests, was at the end which was basically in the road. No place to sit outside. The roads and sites needed new gravel. This wasn’t a resort-there where no amenities
