I was very impressed with this location. The drive thru spokesperson was bright,friendly, kind, and cheery. She made my day with her happy attitude at the ordering screen and at the window. I noticed how well everyone worked together-they were fast and efficient! Also, when I ordered their lemon cake it came in that regular little starbucks bag, but one of the employees had used a Sharpie to draw a cute flower that had a smiley face on it and above it were the words Yum! It made the experience feel more personal and even though this location is a little out of my way I will be coming here from now on. They know how to make a customer feel appreciated and welcome!

Outstanding customer service at this location. They took good care of me as a Favor runner and that made it so I took good care of the customer.

I have been going to the CTX Marketplace Starbucks location for over 3 years and each time I hope they won't disappoint me again. I don't know what it is about the staff or the management here, but this is the worst location in Waco. They all seem very nice but always discombobulated. I will often drive to the Hewitt or Wooded Acres locations to get better service and save time in the long run. My drink often comes watered/milked down when made at this location. Today I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order that apparently was sitting hidden on a counter behind the barista the whole time. I really keep hoping this location will get better but I've officially lost hope.

Great Service, delicious food and drink. even though the drive-thru line was long, it moved quickly.

One of my favorite Starbucks in Waco. The workers are super nice and the store is always looking very nice/clean.
