Leslie did a great job and was extremely patient with our party of four that included my 90 year old father. He has a hard time getting around and his hearing is almost gone even with hearing aids from a war in the 50's and a lifetime in factories prior to hearing conservation measures. She noticed his struggles and took the time to speak loudly and make us feel comfortable which is not usually the practice in most restaurants. The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you for a great lunch.

My husband and I were beyond satisfied with our experience here! Candace, our table server, was super attentive, sensing our needs and responding to our questions with knowledge and kindness. She clearly loved her job and was proud of the place’s history. Her eyes smiled behind her mask. The food was DELICIOUS! It was hot (the hottest food I’ve ever had at a restaurant!), fresh, and arrived within minutes after we ordered. The black rifle coffee tasted wonderful. Love this place!!

I went with the Cream of Potato soup and house salad while my sister enjoyed the Chicken Omelette...her plate was full and she took home half of it while I had saved room for this salted caramel cheesecake. Social distancing protocols were in place. It will be interesting to see of they still are after March 10.

What! This place is amazing. As a DJ I really value good service and food! I see a lot of this in my event industry and this place meets all the standards. It’s home cooking feel is excellent. I have a favorite waitress and she is just the best. Check this place out you won’t be disappointed. 5 stars from DJKIMMYK.

Brown House is a great local cafe with good food and good service. I always enjoy my meal there. The chicken fried steak and other traditional cafe food is a solid choice, but their salads are delicious too.
