Probably one of the worst McDonald’s experiences. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. We had a big order and some of the things were changed. Like plain and dry burgers or add tomato. None of the orders went into the right places and some were just downright wrong. It’s no fun to deal with a kid who got the wrong thing to eat. Don’t get me wrong - they ate their food but it wasn’t pleasant. Also some employees and a bunch of patrons weren’t wearing their masks properly and nobody was enforcing it.

This location is terrible. It never fails that they either have their machine down for ice cream or they have something broke but even worse is that they ALWAYS forget something in the order! I just came from there and they messed up my burger and shorted me food. I am so mad I don’t feel like even going back. I only come here because my girls love the nuggets and it’s close. I deliver for DoorDash also and I always have to call the customer because this location always has problems. If I could I would give them 0 stars!

After waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes, I finally was able to pick up my 'convenient mobile order'. Everything was right this time for a change, so I guess that's a nice change.nnThe burgers I ordered looked like they were thrown together, some toppings were on the top of the bun, just put together with as little attention and care required.nnI guess in summary, it's a McDonald's, it lives up to its reputation.

Worst McDonald's in waco! Slower than a snail and refuse to take orders or turn on lights at night just so they don't have customers. Phone calls go unanswered every single time
