I have always used a different text preparer. Because of a tax situation I wanted to make sure my refund was going to be maximum. Your tax expert was able to explain to me why I was not going to be getting the refund that I should have been getting in my eyes. The amount that I had to pay was the same exact amount as the web-based tax service that I've always used. The service certainly was useful although the outcome was still just as disappointing.
