I have been using Jackson Hewitt for years. Have used this location in Walmart for about 2 years. Never had an issue until this year. (At 1st didn't want to give her name then said it was Felicity) Felicity was rude & didn't want to complete our taxes. At fist meet she was upset that we walked in and didnt have an appointment. Then told us that she could not compelte our taxes unless we had physical copies of our SS card. All of our information is on file as we have filed with them for YEARS! She made me so mad at the way she handled this that I left went to another location where the staff was friendly and happy to assist us!

Daniel At Sun Valley Walmart is the best. He is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend everyone to come do their taxes here!
