I called this branch because i found a wallet to one of their customers. Just trying to be a good samaritan to locate him to give him the wallet but PNC refused to even call him to let him know. Its very unfortunate that this bank wont help out and do the right thing.
The audacity of people who work at banks. The manager had the nerve to tell me I should be happy to know I was charged overdraft fees because, “they went ahead and made the payments for me and billed me for doing so.” Charging people overdraft fees during a pandemic and telling me to be positive about it? Making broke people more broke? That’s the banks. Or at least PNC for a fact.
Always had good experiences with them. Very helpful and caring. The only thing is I wish they had a branch that was open late and on Sunday.
I went in to open an account but was told they didn’t have time. I thought banks ran their business based on taking people’s money....
They were horrible to me as a customer, not understanding at all. I would say dont waste any time with them. All the care about is taking your money not servicing you right.
