I ordered a pizza online around 7pm and didn’t receive it until 8:15pm. The tracker told me they were quality checking for 50 minutes. I live just a few minutes away and it still took over an hour. I thought maybe they were backed up so I wasn’t too upset. Then I get my pizza and everything was cold. I wasn’t going to make a big deal until I called the store and was told they only had one driver and there was nothing they could do. I’ve ordered a few times and never has the costumer service and quality been this low. It’s not my fault they are understaffed and moving slow, I shouldn’t have to pay for inadequate service and cold food. The only thing keeping this from being 1 star is the fact that the driver Johnathon did a great job and was respectful.

Jordan is a joke. Refused to take our delivery order because it's cold outside. There's no sleet snow or rain. Now we have to wait 7-10 days to get our money back because they didn't turn off online delivery. Said they would make our order if we came to get it. What about the tip and delivery fee? If I was the owner I'd clean house asap.

Order a pizza at 10 and callee at 11.30 to ask what was taking so long they said it would be ont the way in 30 mins keep in mind I paid for the pizza over the phone 30 mins later I call the store no answer and the pizza never comes

Absolutely horrible. Every time we make an order it’s either just completely wrong or we never get everything we ordered. Tried calling tonight to make a delivery order and they hung up on me twice. I wouldn’t recommend this dominos at all. They are very rude and hateful every time I try to make a pick up order and a delivery order. I’m never going back. Customer service is nonexistent.

We enjoy going out. Last night we visited this magnificent restaurant which friends recommended to us. We had a lovely time there with fine dishes and an experienced team and a professional cook. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we shall no doubt visit again soon. We warmly recommend.
