This is the most piss-poor excuse for a bank I have ever seen in my life! They will take advantage of senior citizens, their employees will hand out sensitive account information to people over the phone without verifying their identity. And in my grandmother's case, she closed her account over a month ago and has received three different vindictive overdraft charges on a closed account that has had zero activity in over 3 months now. And lastly if they do not like your review, they will keep removing it, and I will keep reposting it to save others from being robbed and taken advantage of
