Fifth Third is a terrible bank in general. But this branch in particular is THE WORST. They are mostly dishonest thieves who will manipulate and intimidate the elderly. Employees personal opinions evidently equal policy at this branch. Don't take my word for it, ask anyone who has ever dealt with them.
I would NEVER recommend this bank. My account has been hacked twice since January and all 5/3 has done is send me a letter stating that my account information has been compromised with no information as to how. They’re really out doing a “5/3 better.” ud83dude44
The persons I dealt with were knowledgeable about the situation I was having. However, the ATM process for check deposit is ridiculous!!! Do NOT use the atm for check deposits ALWAYS use ur phone app!!! Or the teller! If the date is for the next day the ATM will cancel ur check and eventually you will receive it through snail mail!!! Just a word of advise, dont use the ATM for check deposits!
Never bank here they are very rude and racist. I came in to cash a 50 dollar check. I was told to hold on they actually called the lady who wrote the check to to verify that she wrote it she said yes so they come back to me and say ok we can cash it but we need your phone number and social security number in order to cash it rudely. Excuse was I might be committing fraud or Money laundering Of $50 after they already verified with the customer wow nobody should ever suffer this kind of abuse with any bank and I will make sure they get all of the necessary complaints and media attention this deserves shut it down
